Most of what makes you feel unwell — or well — lives in what you eat, how you think, and how you live. I work integratively, because the body works integratively. These three are entry points into the whole picture, never the full picture by themselves.

    Food as information, not punishment. Beyond calorie-counting and “clean eating” rules. Into nutrition that calms inflammation, steadies energy, and supports your hormones.

  2. Mindset

    Most chronic stress isn’t a thought problem; it’s a nervous-system pattern, learned over years. We work on what your body actually does under pressure, not just how you think about it.

  3. Lifestyle

    Sleep, movement, rhythm, rest. The small, daily things that decide whether your body has space to repair, or stays in survival mode. We build the version that fits your life, not someone else’s.
