- Book a call. Thirty minutes, no agenda beyond meeting you. Tell me where you are right now — what’s worn you down, what’s been brushed off, what you’ve already tried. I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person to walk with you.
- Find the root. Most people come in trying to fix a symptom. Together we name what’s underneath it — the stress pattern, the sleep debt, the way your body is asking for something it’s not getting.
- Build something that holds. Real change is slow change. Together we work week by week through the small shifts and the setbacks, until the new way of being feels like yours, not a programme.

What is health and life coaching, and how is it different from therapy?
Coaching looks forward. Therapy often works back into the past; coaching starts where you are and moves toward where you want to be. I’m not a therapist or a physician, and this work doesn’t replace mental health treatment or medical advice. But for someone whose labs are “normal” and who still doesn’t feel optimal — for someone ready to make lifestyle changes that doctors alone can’t unlock — it’s a powerful complement.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you’ve been told “there’s nothing more you can do,” “it’s normal for your age,” “you’ll have to live with it,” or “it’s all in your head” — and you don’t believe it — that’s where this work starts. You always have a choice. If your labs are within range but you don’t feel optimal. If you’ve already tried the clean eating and the supplements and still feel off. The free call is the easiest way to find out if we’re a fit.
How do I pick the right programme?
Most people start with the free discovery call and we choose together. As a rough guide: Reset is one focused signal over 4 sessions, Reconnect is where most of my clients land at 6 sessions over three months and is my recommended path, and Rooted is the deepest work over 12 sessions for bigger life arcs. There’s no wrong starting point. You can always extend once we’re working together.
What results can I realistically expect?
This work isn’t about quick fixes, and I never promise to cure or reverse anything. What clients tend to notice first are the small things — sleep that actually repairs them, energy that doesn’t crash mid-afternoon, less hijack from the stress response. The bigger shifts — the inflammation that calms, the perimenopause symptoms that ease, the autoimmune body that feels more supported — take longer, and depend on how deep the work goes. What I do promise is to walk with you, and to help you build something that holds.
I’m not in Stockholm — does this still work?
Yes. Sessions are online, by video, and I work with women across Europe and beyond. We’ll find a time that fits both of us. If your time zone is a stretch, we’ll talk it through on the discovery call.
Can I switch between English and Spanish across sessions?
Yes. Some clients pick one and stay there; others move between the two depending on the day. Whatever helps you say what you actually mean.
