The work is integrative: food, sleep, the mind-gut link, the stress patterns underneath, and every part of you they touch. We don’t chase symptoms. We find what’s underneath, and build something that holds.

Discovery session
Thirty minutes, no agenda beyond meeting you. Bring what’s been going on — the fatigue, the flare, the symptoms you were told to live with. I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person to walk with you, and you’ll get a sense of whether I’m the guide and support you want. The call has to feel right both ways. We can speak in English or in Spanish. Whichever feels most yours. No pressure either way.

How it works
A simple, supportive process designed to meet you exactly where you are.
- Pick your runway. You choose the path. I send a confirmation, an intake form, and a calendar to book your first session. No long onboarding. We can be sitting together within the week.
- We meet, weekly or every other week. Sixty minutes, one-on-one, online. Between sessions you have me for the small things: a question, a stumble, a check-in. Not just on session day.
- You leave with something that holds. Real change is slow change. By the end of your runway, the new way of being doesn’t feel like effort. It feels like yours.

What is health and life coaching, and how is it different from therapy?
Coaching looks forward. Therapy often works back into the past; coaching starts where you are and moves toward where you want to be. I’m not a therapist or a physician, and this work doesn’t replace mental health treatment or medical advice. But for someone ready to make lifestyle changes that doctors alone can’t unlock — whether your labs came back “normal” and you still don’t feel right, or whether you have a diagnosis you want to support alongside the care you’re already getting — it’s a powerful complement.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you’ve been told “there’s nothing more you can do,” “it’s normal for your age,” “you’ll have to live with it,” or “it’s all in your head” — and you don’t believe it — that’s where this work starts. You always have a choice. If your labs are within range and you still don’t feel optimal — or if you’re working with a diagnosis and want to support your body alongside conventional care. If you’ve already tried the clean eating and the supplements and still feel off. If you feel like you can’t do this alone, or you’re overwhelmed and don’t know where to start. The free call is the easiest way to find out if we’re a fit.
How do I pick the right programme?
As a rough guide: Reset is one focused signal over four sessions, Reconnect is where most clients land at six sessions over three months and is my recommended path, and Rooted is twelve sessions for bigger life arcs. There’s no wrong starting point. Pick what matches your runway. You can always extend once we’re working together. If you want to talk it through before deciding, the free call is there. An option, not a prerequisite.
What results can I realistically expect?
This work isn’t about quick fixes, and I never promise to cure or reverse anything. What clients tend to notice first are the small things — sleep that actually repairs them, energy that doesn’t crash mid-afternoon, less hijack from the stress response. The bigger shifts — the inflammation that calms, the perimenopause symptoms that ease, the autoimmune body that feels more supported — take longer, and depend on how deep the work goes. What I do promise is to walk with you, and to help you build something that holds.
I’m not in Stockholm — does this still work?
Yes. Sessions are online, by video, and I work with women across Europe and beyond. We’ll find a time that fits both of us. If your time zone is a stretch, we’ll talk it through on the discovery call.
Can I switch between English and Spanish across sessions?
Yes. Some clients pick one and stay there; others move between the two depending on the day. Whatever helps you say what you actually mean.
Is what I share with you confidential?
Yes. Anything you share with me — your body, your health, what’s going on in your life — stays between us. I use it only to do the work we’re doing together, nowhere else.
How do payments and cancellations work?
Sessions are paid in advance, before we meet. Once we start, the work asks for real commitment from both of us. The programme only does what it’s built to do if you show up. If something comes up and you need to move a session, let me know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll reschedule. Less than 24 hours, the session is lost. Not rescheduled. Not refunded. That part isn’t strict for its own sake; it protects the rhythm of the work. And if at any point either of us feels this isn’t the right fit, we can end our agreement. No friction.
