Free habit tracker
Build habits that actually stick
A printable, judgement-free tracker to help you show up for the small daily practices that change everything.
What is a habit tracker?
A habit tracker is a simple chart where you mark each day you practise a habit. There's nothing magical about it — it just gives a quiet little life to the choices you keep making. Over a few weeks the marks become a story you can read back to yourself, and the story changes how you feel about the habit.
- It makes the invisible visible — the days you showed up are right there in front of you.
- It takes willpower out of the equation by turning the question into "did I or didn't I?"
- It celebrates the small consistencies that compound into a different life.
Why it actually works
Three quiet shifts a tracker creates over a few weeks — none of them require motivation.
Awareness
You can't change what you don't notice. A tracker turns a vague "I should walk more" into specific, friendly data — and gentle data is easier to act on.
Consistency over intensity
Big bursts fade. A tracker rewards showing up softly, every day. The win is the mark on the page, not the perfect performance.
Compassion built in
Streaks demand perfection. This tracker doesn't. A missed day is just a missed day — you start again tomorrow without negotiating with yourself.
How to use it
- 1
Pick three habits — no more
Choose practices small enough to feel almost silly. "Drink a glass of water before coffee." "Step outside for two minutes." Tiny is the point.
- 2
Print it and put it somewhere you'll see it
Fridge, bathroom mirror, the inside of your front door. Visibility does most of the work for you.
- 3
Mark each day — no streaks required
A check, a dot, a smiley face. The mark is for you, not for anyone else. Skip a day? Just leave it blank and start again tomorrow.
- 4
Reflect on the week
At the end of each week, glance at the page. What was easy? What was hard? Adjust kindly. The tracker is a mirror, not a judge.

Frequently asked
Is it really free?
Yes — completely free. I ask for your email so I can send you the file and the occasional gentle note. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Print or digital?
It's designed to be printed at home on plain A4 or letter paper. You can fill it out digitally on a tablet too, but the friction of pen-on-paper is part of why it works.
How is this different from a journal?
A journal asks you to write. A tracker asks you to mark a box. The bar is lower on purpose — you'll do it on the days you don't feel like writing.
What if I miss a day?
You leave it blank and start again tomorrow. There are no streaks to break. The point is the long arc, not any single day.
