Issue No. 1: A small book for when your body is saying enough.

The first one.

A small book for when your body is saying enough.

Fifty-four pages of essays, practices, recipes, photographs, a small glossary, and a seasonal almanac — for women who refuse to accept ‘there’s nothing you can do’. Written, edited, and photographed by me at my kitchen table, slowly. By the end, you’ll have language for signals you’ve been told are normal. A quieter way to listen to your body. And the reminder that you always have a choice.

A digital PDF, fifty-four pages, in English and Spanish. Designed to print at home, A4.

Who this is for, and who it isn’t.

It’s for women who’ve been told ‘it’s just your age,’ ‘it is what it is,’ ‘it’s all in your head,’ ‘it’s something you have to live with.’ And who don’t quite believe it. It’s for women whose labs came back ‘within range’ and whose bodies are still saying enough. It is not a protocol. It is not a diet. It is not a 30-day reset. If you want a checklist, this isn’t it.

Your body has been talking to you for years.

What the body remembers.

I had been told the tiredness was stress. The joint pain, random. The bloodwork, ‘within range.’ Then one morning my hands wouldn’t close. The rest of that morning is in here.

Reader — I made this because I needed it for my own work, and because the women I sit with kept asking for something to take home. Slowly, at my kitchen table — writing, editing, photographing, setting the type. Thank you for choosing it. I hope it finds you well.

Hello, I’m Noemí.

I work with women one at a time, slowly, around the signals their bodies have been sending — through autoimmune flares, burnout, perimenopause, and the symptoms a doctor told them to live with. Issue No. 1 is the small object I made to keep that work company. Written, edited, and photographed at my kitchen table, in Stockholm.

More about my work
I am finally the person I always wanted to be.

This book exists because the work I do is quiet, and small books like this are one of the few honest ways I know to keep that work in the world.
