Challenge
Constant fatigue and reliance on caffeine to get through the day, combined with irregular eating habits and poor sleep quality.
Approach
We focused on rebuilding daily rhythms: balanced meals at consistent times, a calming evening routine, and gentle movement. We also worked on releasing the guilt around rest.
Results
Gradually, energy levels stabilised without caffeine dependency. Sleep deepened, and mornings became something to look forward to rather than dread.
