Food as medicine
Calming inflammation, steadying energy, supporting hormones. Not “clean eating” rules. Real nourishment that works with your body’s biology — not against it.
My method
Not a meal plan. Not a quick fix. A way of working with your body so it can do what it’s built to do — heal, regulate, repair.
When I work with a woman, we don’t start with what to eat for breakfast. We start with the question her body has been asking for years — through fatigue, inflammation, hormonal swings, autoimmune flares, burnout, perimenopause: what’s actually causing this?
Most modern symptoms — the ones we’ve been told to medicate, manage, or live with — share the same roots. Chronic stress. Disrupted rhythms. Inflammation. A nervous system stuck in survival mode. A gut that can’t talk to a brain that won’t slow down. The body sending signals and getting silenced instead of heard.
I learned this in my own body before I learned it on paper. Rheumatoid arthritis at 30, told there was nothing I could do. Burnout years later, told to push through. Both times, the medicine I needed wasn’t a pill — it was the way I was living. Food. Sleep. Stress. The way I treated my own nervous system.
What I do now is help women find that medicine in their own lives. Not a protocol you survive for 30 days and abandon. A way of living that addresses the cause, supports the body’s actual repair systems, and gets you to optimal — not just to “within range.”
The work moves across four levers. They aren’t stages — they’re the places where lifestyle becomes medicine, where small daily decisions decide whether your body has the conditions it needs to come back to itself.
I don’t promise cures. Nobody honest can. What I do promise is that there’s almost always more you can do than you’ve been told — and I’ll help you find it.
Where lifestyle actually does its work. Each one is something we’ll touch, often all four together.
Calming inflammation, steadying energy, supporting hormones. Not “clean eating” rules. Real nourishment that works with your body’s biology — not against it.
Where most chronic symptoms actually live. We work with what your body does under pressure — not just how you think about it — so the nervous system can come out of survival mode.
Your body repairs on a schedule. Sleep, circadian rhythm, the cycles your hormones follow — these are the conditions repair needs. Skip them and the rest doesn’t hold.
The conversation between thinking and digesting. Most digestive symptoms aren’t about food alone — they’re about the nervous system the gut is wired to. We work both ends.
I work 1:1 with women ready to find another way. We start with a free 30-minute call — no commitment, just to see if we’re a fit.
